I also have the 3 mile WATP with stretchie band, but I don't enjoy it nearly as much as the 2 mile with weights. I am going to go on the lookout for 3 mile with weights. Maybe I'll enjoy it more.
I've become hooked on the exercise!! It feels so good. My best friend was being induced on Wed so we thought it would be later in the day but she called me in the am and said they were doing a c-section due to BP problems and did not know when. I hung up the phone and jumped on the treadmill for my 45 minutes. I HAD to get it done. She had the baby at 2:30pm and we did not get to really see him untill 6:30pm. I was emotionally exhausted so I'm glad I did it when I did. Doing my treadmill almost daily has kept me losing even with cheats during the week!
I did! Went to CURVES......third visit and still loving it!
Tonight, Thursday, I'll sneak in a one mile WATP before Must See TV.......Friends/Coupling/Will & Grace....really, I HAVE to watch, it's my job LOL!
I only did 40 minutes of cardio because I had a stitch in my side that hit at the 30 minute mark that I couldn't get rid of. I took a break for a bit and then I did situps, jumped a bit of rope and I worked my lower body with weights.
