Who exercised Thursday 9/25??

I did my Piates, but that was all. I had better intentions.:mad:

I did my WATP 1 mile and some strength training exercises for my neck and shoulders. My ds, 2 1/2, was cheering me on. "Good job mommy exercise!" he said. What a great little supporter I have!:D
 

If candid camera had been in my house last night, they would have had the world laughing.

I started my 3 mile WATP tape while DS9 was in his room practicing his trumpet. Well, he had some new exercises this week and got confused (like I know anything about the trumpet), so out he comes with CD in hand.

So, off goes the sound on the TV (so I am now marching and kicking and lifting and arms are going with no sound), and in goes the trumpet practice CD. So I am trying to keep pace with Lesllie, count out the beat for DS and then DD4 decides to join in with everything. Talk about multi-tasking.

Stretchie bands are flying, trumpets are blaring and I am walking away.

Luckily, I did finish the 3 miles and actually it went very quickly (I guess because I was so distracted). Not sure I want to do it again, but it worked.

Hope this weekend is better.

4 mile WATP, carried 2lb dumb bells for the 1st 2 miles! Yay for us! :Pinkbounc :bounce:
 
I did a 40 minute work out at Curves!!!

I've been going every day (almost) since I joined, and they accept the fact that I won't be doing the '3 times a week' that they recommend. :Pinkbounc
