Who else will be unofficial?

I was hoping to be able to register "officially" but after having to replace two tires on the van and have the brakes done I'm not going to be able to afford it by Thursday.

I'll just have to join more unoffical events! I'm looking forward to the AK day. If I find someone to ride TOT and RnR with me I'll be a happy lady.

There are only five official DIS-CONvention events. And all the rest are just plain old greet-and-meet DIS mini-meets. There could be almost 30 or more different unofficial DIS mini-meets that you can attend. Please come to as many as you can.

I can't wait to meet you DISers.

bobcat, I'll ride with you, too, on the ToT and RnR. So now you have at least Mskanga and myself riding with you, and I'm sure many, many, many more.

And I think that the AK DIS mini-meet will be so much fun.

Please make sure to introduce yourself to me so I know wko you are...lol.

We may recognize each others DIS name, but we really don't know what each other looks like or what everyones real first is.

Very true, Ray. I recall from last year that the official events only really encompassed but a few hours of the total of the four days time. And I skipped even some of those. And with this year's longer time of 5 days plus fewer events, there is even more time for the mini-meets which go from morning till night. Should be lots of fun.

Lol...bobcat. That RnR turns me upside down to much, but it's fun. Now the ToT is great. It's the only time that I feel light...lol.

That's right, Dan. There are more days and more DIS mini-meets...whooo-deee-whooooo.

But I'm also going to love meeting everyone at registration, and at the opening reception, and two breakfasts and the outdoor dinner, and, of course, the illuminations.

This is going to be so great.

Hey Olga my kids are the chickens! I try every year to get them to try it with me but they won't. Katie rode RnR by herself this year! She's my girl! Brice rode Space Mountain and said he'd never ride it again. That's the only thing I don't like about traveling solo with the kids.

Looks like there will be quite a few non conners so I don't feel so bad now.

Yeap Lisa, I know all that very well, I bring dh with me but it's as if he wasn't there because he doesn't do the parks too much so the girls and I go alone to the parks and when they don't want to ride something , I have to stay off too.
Then when I get tired of it, I leave them with daddy and I take off for hours alone. I like that part!!!
