Who else Got Email offer for Swan/Dolphin

The best offer I got was $189 in July. fortunately, I can get it down to $155 as a Gov't employee. Still waiting for the Yacht and Beach club AP codes, though...

That's correct, no dining plan. It's not Disney "owned" but the property it sits on is. The Starwood group (Swan and Dolphin being part of the Starwood group) leases it from Disney. You still get all the other perks like sharing Disney transportation, and Extra Magic Hour.

I just booked this rate for Sept. 23 for DH and I. We have decided to drive down and therefore can come one day earlier than planned. We will switch over to Doubletree Suites on Sept. 24. Anyway, all I did was mention the email I got and she looked up the availability right away, no pin or code you have to mention. They had availability on both the Swan and Dolphin sides, I chose the Dolphin.

They charge your cc a one night's deposit and you have to cancel 5 days ahead of your reservation to get a full refund. You cannot use this rate in conjunction with the government or any other special kind of discount. The price with taxes and fees will be around $143. 6.5% sales tax and 5% resort tax.

I am so excited, I have never stayed at a "deluxe" before. Even if it is for only one night......

We are going the last weekend of our stay with this fantastic offer. We are going prior to this on the dining plan through DVC, so I am assuming that we are going to be sick of eating at that point.
