Who do I contact to report excellent service from MS today?

I call MS dozens of time each year. The CM I had today was, by far, the most helpful and customer friendly I have ever had.

Here's the situation: I heading down tomorrow for my annual Flower and Garden trip and I had a studio booked at BCV. When I found out that the Destination D event was scheduled for this weekend, I signed up. I called MS about 4 months ago to see if I could get into BLT for the weekend (the Destination D event is being held at the Contemporary). The was no availability so I went on the waitlist, with an expiration of 7 days prior. I started calling daily on May 7 to check availability. Every time I call, the MS person was quick to say nothing available. The person today said that there might be some availability so she put me on hold and called over to the resort. A few minutes later, I'm booked in a 1BR std view at BLT for the weekend.:cool1::cool1:

I called back about 30 minutes later because I realized that I needed to change my Magical Express pickup to return to the airport and the CM I got was a real dud. I had to explain what I was trying to do 3 times.

I would like to contact someone to point out that this particular CM is making magic happen and I hope she gets rewarded for it.

i worked in a department called Quality Service Management fielding executive level complaints for a major national bank . I can assure you that we always appreciated and loved hearing compliments instead of complaints! Definitely find a way to send your love out to that particular CM!!!!
