We are at Kidani now and have met a wonderful CM. He has been great with my two DDs and a friend. He hasn't even blinked an eye at all their chabbering on with him. They can be quiet talkative a 13, 12 and 9 years old. I would like to give him a compliment because I think he may be one of the best CMs I have ever encountered! Is there an email address or something to do this by? Thanks!

If you are at the parks now you can go by any guest services window and get a card to fill out and leave it with them. You can also go by the one in DTD.

It is very thoughtful of you to acknowledge some great customer service. People (myself include) are often too quick to report poor service and sometimes forget to mention staff who go above and beyond. Glad to hear that you are having a good trip.

He's a front desk CM at Kidani and has worked every day we have been here so far. I guess I could tell a supervisor, but I want to put it in writing with someone.

Get a compliment card from guest relations and then turn it in there- it will make it back to his department and his suporvicor will see it.

It's great to hear you want to do this. Great service needs to be recognized just as much as poor service needs to be reported. Glad you're having a great time. :thumbsup2

My understanding is Disney has a very active and far reaching reward program for such situations. I don't know any specifics but I've gotten the impression on several occasions that they made a big deal about it including gift and/or monetary benefits. For the resorts, letting a manager know is often the best way, giving the completed card to said manager is even better I would expected.

I'd concider writing a letter to Mr. Iger the CEO, go straight to the top, this CM gave you it's all.

Actually this would not help the CM as much as writing Disney Communications. If it goes to California, Iger will never see it and some underling will more than likely not forward it to WDW. If they do they will forward it to Guest Communications at Disney World.

If you write to Disney Guest communications it will go to this CM's immediate supervisor with a copy to the General Manager of the resort and a copy will go in the personnel file of the CM.

There it will make a difference.

I've wrote a few letter's to compliment employee's at Marriott to Mr. Marriott the CEO and the employess we're given quite nice perks. If your in doubt write to both, can't hurt.

I have emailed Disney many times about the great Customer Service I have gotten but never once a call. But if I call for bad things I always get a call.
