Who all is going the last week of JAN?

Another family joining the group...we'll be at VWL the 23rd-30th! :yay::woohoo::yay: We're from Indiana and having FUH-REEZING temps right now (think 7ish), so unless something freakishly strange happens it should be warmer down there. ::knocks on wood:: Here's to good, warm weather for all of us!! :goodvibes:goodvibes:goodvibes

We fly in on the 22th and leave on 25th, Daughter has a Gymnastics Meet At Wide World of Sports and we are staying at AKL.. From Rhode Island and its cold up here burrr... can't wait for some warm weather..:beach:

We arrive on the 29th for a week. We were there last year during MLK week (mid Jan) and it was 32 degrees most mornings when we left our room at Pop to head to the bus. Lots of hats sold that week. Here's hoping two weeks later makes a BIG difference!!!

We will be there January 22-31 and so excited about it! Here in Alaska it is cold and dark, over the weekend we didn't see temps warmer than -30 all weekend. brrr... I am looking forward to temps above zero, and more daylight! Right now our sun is rising at about 10am and setting around 2:30pm. I am hoping for nice warm temps but even 50 degrees will be a huge improvement!

See you all there!!

Dawn

We'll be there Jan 21-30. This is our trip to "chill" out, but hoping not to do it literally! Been going in Jan/Feb for many years (1 out of 6 trips a year) and know what to expect. Swimsuit for the hot tub, but never for the pool. Just sunny and in the 60s is my wish! I just hope we don't have terrible weather at home so that the plane can take off on time! I worry about the weather here first, I just want to not have any flight delays because of weather out of Wash. DC.

We are at the Poly jan. 20-27.
Looking forward to seeing palm trees and NO SNOW. :cool1: I'm already tired of snow, and there is a whole lot more winter to go.
Warm temps would be the cherry on top!

We leave Jan 30th for a week. I'm just hoping that the weather will be good enough for us to fly out of WI. I'm praying for no snow/ice storms the day we leave! :scared1:

Same here!!!! We're flying out of Minneapolis and I see the airport is in partial lockdown right now! Get all the kinks out before we leave on the 28th please!!!!

Turn up the HEAT!!! Leaving Jan 20 thru Feb 3rd, now debating dropping the idea of a water park. Please one warm day in there somewhere!

We leave on the 23rd. And I'm hoping really hard it warms up. If it doesn't I'll have to listen to my in-laws complain the whole trip.

We also leave on the 23rd. Low 70's and I would be really happy. We were there in Sept. and it was so hot and humid,so in between 60 and 70 would be nice:)

I am thinking about dropping the water park idea too... we will be there Jan 23- 31st, I am hoping for warmer weather! Of course it will be better then it is here now in KC, 15 degrees and expecting 5-6 inches of MORE snow tomorrow . (on top of the 22" total we have had in the last 2 weeks) I hate snow.

We will be there Jan 22-Feb2. I'm ok if it is only in the high 60's, low 70's. I think it makes for nicer days in the parks. It would be nice if we had a few warmer (80) days for swimming. Anything is better than our current deep freeze.

I am a little worried for our friends who are traveling with us. They don't plan on going to the parks. They are not big Disney fans and are traveling with their 7 month old. They were hoping for a relaxing trip by the pool. I don't see that happening.

We're heading down on Jan. 30th. At this point, anything sounds better than the 3 degrees that were on my thermometer this morning! :rotfl2: Here's hoping for good travelling weather for all of us! :wizard:

We leave on the 29th from NJ for a quick birthday weekend celebration trip FOR ME!!!!!! I hope it is warmer than now. We were there in October with very warm days and cool nights...that willbe acceptable again!!!

We leave on the 23rd for a seven night stay at the Poly. It has to be warmer than it is here in Illinois, but I'm also hoping that it is much warmer than people have been experiencing this week in Orlando (hard to imagine three more weeks of this cold weather down there). :beach:

Just got back from Ft. Myers Beach today - where yesterday the high was in the 50's and last night the low was 37. That was cold even for me (I like nothing higher than 65).

Headed to Disney 1/26 - 2/2 and I just want to make it to the airport - no snowstorms on the 25th or 26th! Of course, we'd be happy to extend our stay if the snow wants to come in on 2/1 and 2/2! ;)

that's how i feel. i'm ok with it being a little chilly down at disney just as long as it doesn't snow on the 24th when we go down!

we'll be at POFQ jan. 24-31!!!
