Whispering Canyon??

We ate there last October after the menu change to where all you can get now at dinner is the all you can eat skillet. Nobody in my family liked the food or the desserts. My kids are not usually hard to please but they barely touched any food there.

There weren't many antics going on around us on the night we ate there but DH intentionally DID NOT ask for Ketchup because he wanted nothing to do with the whole Ketchup situation.

We all agreed we won't be going back there.

We ate there for the first time in December and really enjoyed it. We like ribs and bbq food so it was good for us. DS who is super picky was able to have his fill of corn on the cob and our server was great about keeping him well stocked.

Our friends that recently moved to FL had joined us for the day and for dinner and they had a great time too. DD has requested it again for this trip when we have dinner with our friends. I had thought of doing Ohana because our friends haven't been there yet, but I don't think DS will do well or eat anything there. So we'll probably do WC again. Its really a great restaurant for kids.

We love WCC breakfast skillet. Great value and flavor. There was a guy there, Rafael I think his name was, who was harassing my daughter. Hilarious. Just contacted Disney to see if he still worked there and sadly he does not, but he was the highlight of the meal and our trip (next to me proposing to my now wife).

We've eaten at WC several times and have always enjoyed the experience. We actually were planning on going this summer for a late lunch. The skillet(a favorite of serveral of our party) is usually the route we go, but it doesn't look like that's a lunch option? It's got me thinking we might have to go somewhere else. Can you still get the skillet for lunch or is it only a dinner option?

We just ate there last Wednesday. I was dining with my mom and my 5 and 6 year old. We all had the family style meal and chose the herb chicken, citrus marinated fish, and pulled pork. My kids especially loved the chicken and the side of baked beans. My mom and I found everything to be quite tasty, and spending an evening at the Wilderness Lodge was lovely. We will definitely return!

Well...the only positive thing I can say about WCC is its location. The Wilderness Lodge is gorgeous. Our favorite resort, actually. And, some of the CM antics in WCC are fun. But the food, in a word...yuck.

I had been before but took my DH for the first time last October... He loved it! I really enjoyed the corn bread, beans, veggies, and the ribs! He enjoyed everything!!!

So much so, that when we were there in February we went again with my whole family. Everyone enjoyed it! The servers provide a lot of laughs and we had a great time.

WCC still doesn't beat out O'hana but its a great meal, especially if your family has big eaters!!

Only thing I don't care for is the dessert trio.. Just weird favors, but luckily both recent times I was too stuffed by dessert time too care! (Milkshakes are great though! In October we were on DDP and got them to-go as out dessert!)
