Whispering Canyon substitution?

We're considering breakfast at Whispering Canyon but do not care for breakfast potatoes. Does anyone know if you can substitute for grits?

I don't believe they have grits at Whispering Canyon.

They don't show up on the menu.

Just eat more waffles. And members of your party can get different skillets and you can eat off any skillet. We got the Carnivore & the light one it was a great combo of things.
