Whispering Canyon Lunch Hours

Regarding the Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge Resort:

If Lunch is served until 3:00pm, and Dinner is served 5:00pm -10:00pm, do they close between 3:00pm and 5pm?

We would like to eat there for lunch on our first day at WDW. Our flight arrives at MCO at 12:30pm.

Called the Wilderness Lodge. Lunch is served from 12pm-3pm. Dinner is served from 5pm-10pm. She did tell me that they are closed from 3-5pm to clean and set up the tables for dinner.
