Whispering Canyon Cafe Mustard Barbecue?

We are traveling in May with my dtr in laws family. Some live in Kansas City, her sister and her husband are farmers. We are Kansas City Barbecue people. It looks like all of the skillets have mustard barbecue something. Anyone know if you can order without the mustard barbecue? Anyone who likes Kansas City barbecue try the mustard barbecue options?

I have done a couple KCBS comps and prefer a KC BBQ sauce, but I also do enjoy a good mustard BBQ sauce too. I personally wasn't a big fan of the Whispering Canyon BBQ sauce when I was there in 2018.
