DH & I have been making up our own words to the Barney songs for many years. Isn't that the fun of watching kids television?!

Maybe we could produce and album of Barney parodies. It would be a huge hit with all of the parents of the Barney generation.

My DD's also really love Dora the Explorer. I like that show too because it is interactive.

I have that reunion show on tape! My husband made the joke that Micheal will keep appearing in those shows till he's 40 because for the first few years after his crew (tina, derek, lucy, etc.. ) were gone, he would still appear in the episodes time after time.
That reminds me, what ever happened to Cathy? She was always my favorite Barney kid. I wonder if any of those kids have ever appeared in anything else.

My first son loved Barney like crazy. He could watch it from the time he woke up to the time he went to sleep. It all started with a tape he got on his first b-day. I popped it in and he would sit still for a half an hour! Later he graduated to Blues Clues. Then there was that awful teletubby phase. My twins that are 3 now never liked Barney, and they only know Joe on Blues Clues.
Oh, and don't get me started on the whole Steve and Joe thing. I was so heartbroken when Steve left.
My twins really like the Wiggles right now. I have to admit I do too. I think Anthony and Greg are so cute!

I too wonder what happened to the children of Barney. I'm sure they'll end up on Celebrity Mole or some other reality show someday. Or perhaps an E True Hollywood Story.
