what can the rest of us do?

DH and DBIL will be booked for the drive-yourself Richard Petty Experience one morning during our August trip. They'll have to be there around 8am for training, then their drives will happen sometime 11:30 am - 1:00 pm.

The rest of us (myself, Sis, Mom, Stepdad, and kids 12, 13, 14, & 16) need to find some way to kill time before we head over to the speedway at 11:30 to watch them drive.

I'm reluctant to go to park as I don't think we'd have enough time to make it worthwhile.
DTD? - 2 hours won't be enough time.
Spa? - won't appeal to everyone
Jet skis? - DH & DBIL want to be there with us
Character Brunch - the kids have kinda outgrown those.

HELP! Please give me some ideas.

How about breakfast on the Boardwalk (Spoodles, maybe), and then pop across the street to play some mini golf?
