Would it be cheaper to get everything i need for Disney ex. airline tickets, hotel, ect... on different sites or would it be better to book a package through AAA (we are AAA members)?

I like to shop around. I fly Jet Blue or Southwest and it's just as easy for me to go online and get the tickets. I have used AAA for Disney packages (or discount tickets for other theme parks- Hershey- Six Flags.) But I always keep an eye out for public discounts for Disney as sometimes they are more savings than AAA. Your AAA agent can then change your reservation to the public discount. So I guess my answer is that I do it separately:goodvibes

I say shop around and compare as well. It won't hurt to get as many quotes as possible and you may find better deals doing it separately. If you don't want tto mess with it all, then have AAA do it for you.

For me personally it's cheaper to book seperately and do it myself, but I am actually considering letting AAA book my DL vacation minus airfare as I know I can do better in that area myself.
