Or if it's a toss up, which would be nicer/less hectic during F&W...

I think YC/BC bus stop might be a little bit closer, and I think it would be the nicer walk.
You could take the boat from the YC to IG, it wont save many steps but it will give you break from just walking, plus it's a nice boat ride.

Front of Epcot is a loooooong walk to Le Cellier

It would take longer to walk from your room to the bus stop than it would to just walk to Le Cellier

The entrance into world showcase from any boardwalk area resort comes out in next the UK, and Canada is next after that

Use the YC/BC or the Boardwalk bus, whichever comes first. The walk is about the same.

From the BC its a 5 minl. walk to the International Gateway and then maybe a 5-10 min. walk to LeCellier.

Are you planning on taking a bus from somewhere TO the Beach Club??

Let's say you are are Animal Kingdom. The bus to Epcot then walking would be faster then taking the bus from AK to the Epcot resorts then walking. You may (probably) will have multiple bus stops before getting to the Beach Club.

If you are at the Studios it would be quicker to walk all the way from the Studios than take the boat.

If you are at Magic Kingdom, then two monorails and walking would be faster than the multiple bus stops to the Beach Club.

If you are transferring to a Theme Park from another resort then most definitely just take a bus direct to Epcot.

If you are at DTD, then taking the Epcot resorts bus would be the best.
