Which weeks for September 2018 trip?

Hi all!
We got back from Disney almost 2 weeks ago and I booked the free dining bounceback offer while there for August 31-September 14. Are those dates best for low crowds or should we switch to September 7-21? The 3rd week of September is usually when fall break falls for the schools in the south but I don't know the schedule for next year. We homeschool so we don't want to go when it's fall break for everyone lol! Thanks in advance!

I would stick to Aug31-Sept 14. The southern schools are in session and right after Labor Day the northern schools start. I think the crowds will be (a little) lower than later in September.

I would stay with the earlier dates.
