Which week in April?

Does anyone have thoughts on which week in April would be better: the first full week (April 5,6,7) OR the last week ( April 26,27,28)? Hoping to go midweek to have a little less crowd-wise and hoping the spring break crazy busy time will be over...

The 5,6,&7 will probably still be pretty busy from Spring Break since some local schools have spring break after Easter. I think the 26,27,28 would be less crowded but Dapper Days is just after that so you may get a little bit of the early crowd from that.

There is still a LOT of spring breaking going on early April - I'd go the end if crowds are your concern.

Wow, end of April looks much better, thank you!

Either that or maybe in mid-may after the marathon...looks like those are the best bets until after the summer crowds.

The last weekend is Batt Days and Dapper Days. Will likely be very busy.

We always go at the end of April and have a great time. It's busy as always but manageable. And other than 2 years ago when the Santa Ana winds were blowing, the weather is usually nice.
