Which Water Park?

We have 2 girls age 3 and 10. They both love swimming and since we were able to transfer our ressie to SWV to take advantage of their free water park ticket promotion we will be doing a waterpark our upcoming trip. We have been to both water parks before with our older dd, but not with the little one. I'm torn about which one to go to. Which do you think is best for a 3 year old (she'll be almost 4)??

Blizzard Beach, without a doubt. The best features of Typhoon Lagoon are not appropriate for a 3-year-old.
