I take cranberry tablets regularly-probably because I can see the results.
I'm horrible about taking my mutis though (I eat well, but I'm a vegetarian, so B12, Iron and calcium are concerns). Can you take vitamins at night? I was better at remembering when I took meds in the AM.

I take one multivitamin (Centrum Performance), one fish oil (1200mg), one flaxseed oil (1000 mg), 2 vitamin C's (500 mg ea.) and 1 500 mg calcium (adora) dark chocolate. I buy everything at Wlagreens when they are on sale. I buy all the supplements above by NATURE's MADE.
I take the multi, fish oil, and 1 vit C after breakfast and flaxseed, 1 vit C with lunch and during the day I have my calcium.
I always make sure I have eaten before taking any vitamins. I have had this above regimen for a while now and (knock on wood) I am never sick.
I also put (but not as regularly as I should) ground flaxseed in my yogurt (pretty much daily)!!!
Hummm.
I take a Centrum for women and a FiberCon. After all you dear friends here have mentioned taking the Fish Oil capsule, I think I must indulge myself. Thanks for the advice everyone!
