Which Vera was it?

Or maybe it was not a Vera Bradley after all. This weekend I was waiting to wash my hands in a lady's room. The woman in front of me had a great looking purse. I asked her about it and she said it was a Vera Bradley. It had two pockets on the front, at a diagonal, with zippers. Now that I look at the Vera Bradley web site I cannot find anything like it.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

You'll love it! Be sure to look on ebay if you decide to buy. Since the Lisa B was on sale for I think 17.99 about a month ago, you can find some pretty good deals on ebay right now.

I am looking on ebay right now. Most are going for $29 which is better than the $45 on the VB web site. When was it on sale for $17.99. How do you learn about these sales?

It went on sale in May or June, can't remember exactly. Keep an eye on their website. Every week or two they discount one or more styles. I signed up for their email list and they always send one when something is discounted like that.

You can also call one of the Vera Bradley outlet stores to see if they have it. They will ship it to you for $8. I ordered some stuff this way and they gave me the going price at the outlet including the store wide sale they were running.

Yes, it is the Lisa B. and I just got one and love it! I had been buying the larger purses, like the Villager, because I felt that I needed the space. I bought the Lisa B. on a fluke during that one-day $17.99 sale because I had really wanted a purse in the "Day and Night" black and white floral pattern. I just adore it. It is smaller than what I was used to, yet fits everything with room to spare. Gotta love those one-day sales!

They just opened an outlet about 45 min. from me - the only VB outlet in the tri-state area....OMG it's dangerous. I stood in line on opening day (got a free Zip ID) and spent way too much - then over the 4th they had 30% off the whole store PLUS an additional 25% off....OMG it was like FREE!! They had full size hipsters in some retired patterns for $12 after the discounts! Wallets for $7-$8...I got the big Vera tote in Medeterranean Blue for $15.25....that retails for $78!!! I got so much stuff. Lines were crazy though, we waited 30+ min.

I tried a new bag - the Angle Tote - it's HUGE. I usually use The Tote, it's the perfect size for me. Angle Tote is bigger, and a little more trendy/stylish. LOVE IT! I got it in Bali Blue (plus matching flip flops, Euro wallet, Zip ID case & wristlet) for way under $100!

Can you tell I'm a little excited?!?!?
