Which TS would you give up for MM FDP?

We will be in WDW in May and I get to make my ADR's next week. I am planning everything out and I am getting nervous about all the talk about crowds and Fantasmic. I originally did not have Mama Melrose FDP on my list but now I feel like I must do it in order to see Fantasmic. We LOVED Fantasmic on our last trip in 2005 and I would really love to see it again.

Here are the places we have on the list and I will have to give one up to add Mama Melrose. Which TS would you give up and why?

Day one - Chef Mickeys dinner

We have been to Chef Mickeys before but never for dinner. My kids and my DH LOVE Chef Mickey and this is what they want to do.

Day two - LeCellier dinner

We LOVED LeCellier on our last trip. I am nervous because I have read some bad reviews lately but I am willing to give it another try.

Day three - CP breakfast

We are dying to get to MK before the park opens and see MK without a million people on Main Street. We have been to CP but for Lunch and Dinner, never for breakfast.

Day four - GFC dinner

We are going to a water park this day and we will be staying at GF so I figured we would be tired at night and might want to just stay at the resort and eat dinner here. We have never been to GFC.

Day five - 1900 PF dinner

This is our resort day. We are not doing a park. We plan on renting a cabana at the GF and hanging out by the pool. We also plan on going over to the CR so I can do Parasailing and the kids want to try waterskiing. I figured 1900 PF for dinner would be a nice character meal for the kids on a non park day.

Day six - no TS meals today

This is the day we planned on doing CS for both lunch and dinner so we can save a TS for our last day. We plan on going to Epcot in the morning and resting at the resort in the afternoon and then going over to HS for Fantasmic tonight. If I book the FDP for tonight...I have to give up one of the other TS meals.

Day seven - WCC dinner

We plan on spending the day at MK, resting in the afternoon and going back to MK at night. We figured since we are staying at the GF getting to WCC will not be a problem for dinner. We have never done WCC and I thought the kids would enjoy it.

Day eight - Chef Mickeys Breakfast

This is our last day. Again...my kids and DH LOVE Chef Mickeys and they want to have dinner the first day and breakfast on the last day. I know it seems like the obvious choice is to give up one of the Chef Mickeys but it just sees like a great thing to do on the last day when everyone is going to be a little sad about leaving.

Sorry this is so long but I don't know what to give up.

Either CM or 1900 PF dinner....both have great character interaction but the food is just soooo horrible

1900 or WCC. But make sure your days work out! Fantasmic is only being done on 3 days.

1900 or GFC. You're going to be at your hotel already, and if you're saying you're going to be tired, you may as well just get some food court food.

I would give up WCC, since you are having to make a trip to another resort for it. Not that it is that big of deal, but you might as well enjoy the resort you are staying at.

Of course, you could just pick the cheapest meal and pay OOP for it. That's what where going to do so we can upgrade to BD for FDP, provided we can get it.

Do NOT drop the GFC, its a sleeper...we don't see much about it here, but its very good!

We did not like the food at CM for dinner (have never been to breakfast). If I was going to CM for another meal I would skip the dinner.

WCC!! Or Le Cellier since you have been there before. I love Mama Melrose!
