We have 2 strollers, which both came with us on last trip(DD was turning 6 and still needed one after a long day:faint:). They are the Peg Perego Aria and Baby Jogger Citi Mini. Im not sure which one I want to bring.

Peg Perego Pros:

Lightweight
stands when folded
lots of storage
cup holder for kids
belly bar to keep kids in stroller

Peg Perego Cons:

little hard to steer/maneuver
"one hand fold" not so easy
small sun shade(not too much of an issue in January)
belly bar doesn't give kid freedom to hop in or out

Citi Mini Pros:

easy fold
manuevers/steers easily
great sunshade
no belly bar so kid can hop in and out

Citi Mini Cons:

teeny storage(and our under storage just broke)
no cup holder for kids
looks like all other rentals(ours is orange/grey too :guilty:)
bulky when folded and doesn't stand
little heavy to carry

Thanks for the input.:goodvibes

I would go with the Peg Perego
Storage is a must for us
and lightweight for the buses

last year my dd3 and we bought a new stroller becuase our other one was having steering problems and my DH thought it would be aggtravating in the crowds we ended up getting a really good deal on a Maclarean off of ebay that was brand new we paid less the $60 it had a recline(for naps) and decent storage and very lightweight we have only used the stroller a handfull of times since then but worth the$

I agree with the PP we had a double with us on the last trip and it broke on the first day. I had put it through a workout over the past 4 years. So we ended up buying two of the ones they sell at the Resort Gift Shops. I started with one, but DD 6 was so tired and DD 4 didn't want to take turns unless someone carried her. She was tired too. Just make sure it is good enough condition to make it through the week. Of course with a two week trip buying the two strollers was still less expensive then renting for the the two weeks.

We took our Peg Perego on one of our trips to WDW about 4yrs ago & came home and bought a Baby Jogger it was so terrible. You can get a cup holder/storage organizer for a Baby Jogger online or at BRU or Buy Buy Baby for about $20. I actually took my Maclaren organizer and put in on my BJ stroller. We have the City Classic because I wanted a higher weight limit than the City Mini, but I cannot say enough good things about a Baby Jogger. We have brought ours on over 10 trips and never had a problem or regret.

You could decorate your stroller to make it stand out if you are worried about the one that looks like the rentals. You could tie scarfs on it.. make a big name tag. I have about 10 different things on my stroller to make it stand out.
That way no one can accidentally take yours.

We took our Peg Perego Pliko P3 with us. It is a rather big stroller, but it does fold up. I decided against buying a lighter weight stroller because my daughter loves her stroller because it is super comfy.. has lots of padding and a huge sunshade that she can cover her entire self in.
If yours is hard to steer maybe something is wrong with a wheel on it?
I'd probably go with the one that is easier to steer and buy cup holders and a stroller organizer if I were you though... or fix the steering issue on the peg perego.

I have used the aria twin and the city mini single for my older girls the aria seems kinda small for a 6yr old w/ a not so great push imo the aria is a great toddler and under stroller. we were just in disney from 12/11-21 and I used my baby jogger city classic for this trip, it is an older model so I didn't get to use my belly bar for it (my dd is 7 and w/ her disablities the belly bar is sometimes useful for us) I while back I picked up some munchkin brand cupholders that I attached to the the side of the seat b/c if dd doesn't have a cupholder she throws her cup. I don't have any of my pics loaded yet but I know I have a few w/ the cupholder in it. I had to replace my under storage bag on the classic as well and baby jogger was able to get me a new one for 14.95 shipped and I ordered it the friday before we left and got it the tuesday before we left.

everywhere that I have looked to purchase the cupholder they are about 6.99

a great storage bag option is the skiphop spark at target. I have several different models of the skip hop and love them all. but I have also done the back pack option and get a couple of the mommy hooks they are great for carrying bags on the stroller.

I would go w/ the PP for sure.. Lightweight and the belly bar will be great to keep your DD in (assuming the stroller is for your two year old) you dont really want them hopping in and out with ease anyways. With the bus I say the lighter stroller, belly bar and more storage will be great!

I'd go with the Peg Perego, also. The fact that it can stand when folded is a plus for me, makes it easier when hands are occupied moving kids around. I also like the bar so the kiddo can't hop out. I never had a Peg Perego, but had Graco ones, which I loved and used till the wheels wore down to the rim  Those stood upright too and had storage, which is why I think your PP would be best.

We have the BJCM (bought it for our last trip) and love it. You cant beat that sunshade...it almost comes completely down. I purchased the belly bar for it when we bought it and it has a snack tray and cup holder for the child. Here is a picture of dd in the stroller with the belly bar/snack tray..its a good size tray and cup holder..

I also have a sunshine buggy board on the top of the stroller for extra cups and stuff. Although it doesnt stand on its own, you have to hold the stroller on the busses anyway and the BJCM has the easiest fold of any stroller. So quick.

I had looked between the BJCM and the Peg Perego Pliko, and ended up getting the BJCM. I saw an Aria at the store and found it to be very small. I would think you child would have more room in the BJCM, which is important to us since our dd is in the stroller most of the time. I want her to be comfy. We also have a couple of hooks on the side of the stroller for hanging bags. You also have the pocket on the back of the stroller to put stuff. Maybe you could order a replacement cargo net for the bottom.
We also tag our stroller with a sign on the back and sides that has our family name on it. Zip tie it to the stroller so no one can rip it off. It was very easy to find.
