I was wondering how many are members of a scrapbook club? I know alot have mentioned them in different posts. I would love to join one, but not sure which one is the best.

2008 is my year for catching up on my scrapbooking, and using up my wonderful swap items. So, I think if I had a monthly kit to inspire me, I might be more productive...

I get a kit from SEI- I started getting them in August and got an album in an hour as the package that month. I plan on using it for the Flower and garden festival photos when i get to scrapping them. They have a mega/mini club so you can get things every month or every other month. In October I got 4 layouts for fall and a set of thsnk you cards to make. I added November which has 4 pocket Christmas Cards and an 8 by 8 calander with an album to put the pages in each month. The calander already has the background built into each month and then has stickers and such to go with it. Next month we get holiday layouts.

Debbie I am moving this to the Scrapbook boards, you might get more answers!

I have never tried them. I keep wanting too and then see how much "stuff" I have and can't justify buying more monthly!:rolleyes1

I've tried lots of clubs and have a few favorites. I think kits are great, especially for packing to go to crops. And some of the clubs do an amazing job combining products and have really creative designers with lots of inspiration. Here's a great message board for info on most of the clubs.

(they even have a forum for just Disney stuff, so you'll feel right at home. I think some of the members are also members here)

Depends on your style, if you're scrapping for kids or yourself and what you like, but herea re a couple of my favorites.

If you like bright colors, check this one out

And this one has several different sizes -a giant winter survival kit and a regular kit (trilogy) with 3 different lines

I belong to 2 right now, I'm trying them both out to see if I like one better over the other. For my criteria, I wanted ones that were less than $20, that had both patterned paper and matching cardstock, plus ones that used well known SB companies. After wading thru all the kit clubs on willowtraders.com I setteled on www.apronstringsdesigns.com and http://www.coordinatescollections.com/ I'm trying both right now b/c Apron strings is a page kit club. I get 3 different kits of 3 sheets PP, 2 sheets CS and some matching embellies. Coordinates Collection is just a large kit of 5 sheets PP and 4 sheets CS plus embellies. I couldn't decide which I liked better.

You complete 20 8X8 pages a month or several 12 X 12 with plenty left over.

Of course you can always do what you want to do and not follow her kit.
