Which room in 60s building?

We are staying at Pop for 10 days in May/June. I have requested 60s because we have a parent with us who does not walk long distances so we need to be as close as possible to the food court/buses etc. I realize that we could end up being pretty far away and still be in the 60s. We have also requested first floor for the same reason. Should I ask for specific room numbers? would that make any difference? If so what rooms would be the closest?

I would not even go with the 60's but request the 50's buildings either Tramp or Lady, first fl pool view. Call ahead about 3 days before to let them know about your parent needs. Be sure to ask for front desk room assignments. They are very helpful and try their best to help. Both times I've stayed there they were able to block a room ahead of time to meedt my needs with MS and walking, light requirements etc. It will also be a tad quieter there, but just as close to the food court etc.

We stayed at Pop Century last July in the 60s bldg - the one with Mowgli & Baloo. We were on the third floor, the last room down! Our room over looked the Kiddy pool. It was very quiet - and we never heard our neighbor.

We stayed at Pop Century again in December - didn't get the 60s Bldg this time. We stayed in the 50s - with Tramp!! It was a great room - 2nd floor and from our window, we could see the fireworks!!!! The room was VERY quiet, and it was a short walk to the food court/bus stop. It was probably just as short as the preferred bldg.
