Which restaurants should we choose?

We're going as a party of four, 2 parents, 15 year old daughter, and her 16 year old friend. Our current reservations are:

Arrival day: Dinner at Raglan Road (our favorite)
1st MK day: Dinner at 'Ohana
AK day: Dinner at Boma
1st Epcot day: Dinner at Akershus
2nd MK day: Dinner at Be Our Guest

We need a place to eat for our other Epcot day and our HS day. We want a unique dining experience with a unique menu as well. We're on the dining plan, so the restaurant needs to only take one dining credit.
We don't have a park hopper pass, so the restaurant either has to be in the park of that day or at a resort/DTD.
We've already eaten at Hollywood & Vine and it was okay, kind of boring for our tastes.
Does anyone have any suggestions on where we should make our other two reservations? TIA!

I have heard sci fi fine in is pretty cool at hs. Haven't eaten there yet but plan to when we go in April. Epcot is harder to decide bc there are so many to choose from lol. On our trip to epcot in April we are going to be eating at Tutto Italian place, coral reef, akershus, and garden grill. We've eaten at Biergarten before loved the atmosphere but the food was ok...and we've eaten at teppen Edo but if u have been to a traditional hibachi place u will be very disappointed with teppen Edo.

At HS I would eat at Sci Fi Diner. It is a Pretty neat place.
At Epcot Teppon Edo is always on our list. We also like Coral Reef & San Angel Inn. We repeat those 3 every single trip.

We LOVE 50's Prime Time Cafe -- best fried chicken and great sundaes. We never miss eating there every time we go.

In Epcot -- we love Biergarten in Germany. Great show and good food -- it's a buffet and be aware you have to sit with strangers. Also really enjoyed Rose & Crown -- get a reservation around 7:30 and ask for outside and you can be there when the show goes off at 9:00 if you stay for dessert. Great view.

Epcot: Teppan Edo or Rose and Crown for sure.
HS: never have eaten there, was going to suggest boma haha. Lots of people like mama melrose.

I agree with Sci Fi. The food is good and it has a neat atmosphere.

Both Sci Fi and 50s Diner are among our favorite restaurants in HS, but we know from multiple visits that there will be no conversation at the table if we're at Sci Fi, because everyone will be caught up in watching the film shorts.
The food is slightly better at 50s, but if you want good burgers and fun movies to watch while dining, Sci Fi is really awesome.
