Which resorts are currently for sale direct by Disney?

Is Grand Floridian still an option to buy directly from Disney, or is Poly the only choice at this time? Just curious about the newer resorts for sale...not interested in wait listing the older resorts.

Thanks!

No, VGF is sold out and the waitlist is closed. Resale is the only way to buy VGF and VGC (among others).

In addition to Poly and Aulani. If you want ssr or okw you can buy that day without waitlist. Usually akv as well.

In general, they all are available. Disney either has points available due to exercising their ROFR rights or they have a wait list. Though a post above says there is a closed waitlist for VGC which means they probably have one but it's a long list. When we purchased we bought BWV and Disney had points available but I asked about BCV and at the time that was wait listed.

Disney closed the wait lists for VGF, VGC and BCV in mid-May. If your name wasn't added by then, then you can't purchase at those resorts directly from Disney at this point.

According to a guide I talked to last week, BLT was closed to wait lists too - something I hadn't heard.

It's not a bad way to encourage buying resorts that they are selling - like Poly and Aulani.

Has anyone heard why they would close the wait lists?
I haven't heard anything but based on the resorts involved my guess is that there were already a lot of people on the wait lists for those 3 and the prices on those resorts tend to be higher resale compared to other properties so Disney probably wasn't able to buy enough contracts back for those resorts at low enough prices to make a good profit off the wait list. Plus as other posters have said it also pushes some buyers to buy poly and aulani where they make a lot more money.

I missed this comment earlier-but makes sense if they are trying to push the poly to close the wait lists for the other 2 monorail resorts
Plus BLT resale prices
seem to have risen since last fall and I have noticed (and this is true of all the resorts) it seems like a lot more coming on the market these days are stripped-which Disney would then have to wait to sell or transfer points to them to make them whole in order to sell immediately-considering what Disney charges for cash reservations at BLT I suspect that's the last thing they'd want to do with their developer points.
