Which resort?

I'm going to be going down in Oct and I'm wondering what resort to stay at. I might be going down solo and not using the parks at all, just for a little R&R so please keep that in mind. The pool and surrounding areas will be rather crucial, but being DVC I can pool hop (minus storm-along and AKL). My options are BCV, BWV, OKW, VWL, and the new SS. What do you all suggest? (I've stayed at BCV many times and I love it but I'm wondering if maybe I should give somewhere new a try....

As your a DVC member I would suggest OKW, SSR or VWL. OKW/SSR would be great as you have good access to DTD and are not directly by the parks. VWL is also great as quiet location, you can walk around Fort Wilderness, take horseback ride, hayride and can watch wishes from WL or while shopping the monorail resorts. As you've stayed so many times at BCV, give yourself something different to look at and relax around.
