My DH and I are going to DW 12/5 to 12/13. We already booked CR Tower Bay Lake View at AAA discount. I just called to see if our first choice AKL concierge became available but alas it is not. However, CM offered me these options - Poly Gardenview ($200 less than what we are paying for CR) and BC Gardenview Concierge ($400 more than what we are paying at CR) at AAA discount price. Neither one of us has stayed at CR or Poly since the 70's and we have never stayed at BC. Please help me decide because all 3 are appealing. Which would you choose & why.

I love the Poly, my family used to stay there when I went as a kid so there is a certain nostalga about it. My DH said he would never stay there becuase he thought it was too wide spread for him :confused3 , however he had never seen the grounds, only the lobby. So on our trip in June, he and I had a date night and decided to go to Poly to have a drink and I made him take a walk outside at the beach and he fell in love with it....so guess where we are going to stay when we we return in a few years :cool1:

I voted for CR, but I haven't stayed there before, so I wanted to explain why.

I think it depends on what you want to see and why. The Poly is WONDERFUL... seriously. I love it. But that tower view of Bay Lake is mighty appealing to me as well.

I might change my vote to the Poly, but I would love to stay in that room at CR... :cutie:

Beach Club has a wonderful amosphere, is within walking distance of Epcot and has a really unrivalved array of evening activities with the Boardwalk right there. Great for a couple. All of that said, though the extra $400 is pretty steep for me. When you have a choice like Polynesian available, and it's the least expensive, it seems too good to pass up. Great romantic feel, minutes from the MK, - just a wonderful place for two adults to spend some time.

Hands down my vote is Polynesian.

I voted Poly because it is just so peaceful and beautiful there. We stayed there in a pool view room a few years ago and found it to be calming after busy days in the parks. For $200 less than CR I would definitely stay at the Poly and use the $200 for something fun like a spa treatment or tickets to La Nouba.

Either way you go I don't think you'll be disappointed though - they are all lovely resorts!

Poly would be my 1st choice, AND is the least expensive. Sounds like a win/win to me.

You will gets lots of different answers on this one. For me personally, I think the charm in the CR is in it's spectaculr MK view. I would only pay more $ to stay at CR if I had an MK view.

As for BC, well that is a lovely resort in a great location, and you would be paying for the concierge, which is a nice service. But if I got my math right, that would be $600 more than Poly, right? I don't know, tough call on that one. I'd still give Poly slight edge and save the $. We only used concierge services for breakfast and making reservations at the dinner shows. We did get great tables, and we attributed that to having had the concierge "edge", but it way have been coincidence. Others get more out of the conierge experience. Don't know how valuable that would be to you. Also note that BC is best location if you love WS, DHS and boardwalk, Poly is better for MK and FW and other resorts.

Beach Club Definitely , We stayed there in October on the concierge level and loved it,the food was great, and we could walk to Epcot every night if only for the fireworks, the atmosphere was laid back, and Art Lark, the greeter is wonderful.

We are going back in April and staying at the Yacht Club, only because the Beach Club was completely booked.
