Which resort to choose with a splash pool?

I am trying to narrow down my search and thought that I was set on WH until I found a townhome that is a little less expensive at Emerald Island. Which resort do you prefer and I am overlooking any other 3 BR resorts with a splash pool?
Any opinions are appreciated!

Windsor Hills townhomes have splash pools
EI's do not
Windsor Palms townhomes have splash pools
Coral Cay townhomes have hot tubs

The link is for a 4br home in EI with a pool. The TH in EI do not have splash pools but the villas do. The rates are reasonable but is it comparable (furnishing wise) to the TH you was looking at? Also properties at WH are newer.

I also thought that EI looked older and was not furnished as nicely as the one at WH, but of course, DH did not notice. I am glad that I was not being too picky but it definitely is something to compare.

Thanks,
Stacey

That home on EI looks as though it is in a good position. It looks as though it backs onto the nature walk area. No neighbors behind you! The furniture is not to my taste, but it is no worse than some hotels that I have seen which rent for $200 per night or more...

Emerald Island is only slightly older than WH - don't let the phrase "older than" mislead - it is not years older!

Emerald Island is a great resort and if I had the choice of a townhome or a home with a full size pool, I would go for the home with the full size pool. Especially if you have kids that love water! Numerous times we have heard of children not wanting to go to the parks because they want to play in the pool out back.

Whatever you decide, enjoy your trip!

The EI home looks nice - but I agree with KayR the decor would not be to my taste either.

Looking at the pool the trees would be a problem for me as I like to have the sun as long as possible (that must be as Northern Ireland doesn't see enough sun :rotfl: ) On the other hand it does give privacy :confused3

Good luck in making your decisions.
