Which resort have you stayed at the longest?

We spent 8 nights at the Dolphin and could easily have stayed many more!!! It's a great place to "hang out" at, IMHO!!


What other resorts have a "long visit" appeal to them!!!

I think I can pretty much say any of the disney resorts except the all smalls! LOL

9 nights at AKL...can't wait to go back, but promised ourselves we would try all the deluxes before we did. So Poly and BC here we come this Thanksgiving!

I know, I know. I'm biased. I can't help it.

But we spent two weeks at the Grand Floridian for our 10th wedding anniversary back in '96. And did 10 days there just before Christmas in '99. I told my wife I could spend my whole vacation there and never even go into the parks.

She thought I was nuts.

In January 1999 we spent 10 days at the Contemporary in the tower.

In January 2002 we spent 12 days at Old Key West.

Most of our other stays have been 4 to 8 days.

Spent 9 days, 8 nights at Swan this past June. For the most part, loved it. However, of the four Disney resorts we've stayed at, DW & I like Coronado Springs the best. Hoping for AKL next trip.

Our longest was 19 nights at Dixie Landings but most stays have been 11 days. It's a long drive so we stay as long as we can.

Our longest (and most frequent) stays have been at Polynesian--10 nights is the longest time we've stayed at any one resort. We have only traveled to WDW 2x in one year on a single occasion. If only we were wealthy. . .

A couple of summers ago my family of 5 stayed 2 weeks at the BWV's . IT was WONDERFUL! We could easily have stayed 2 more weeks! It was so relaxing knowing that we had all that time. Joan

My first trip to WDW in 1996 we stayed 7 nights at the CBR because I didn't know any better!!!!
After that I have split my stays between resorts except once when I wnet with a Disneyland Cast memeber who got a deal. We stayed..... 7 nights at the CBR!!!!

My husband, teenage son and I stayed at the All Star Movies for ten days. It was great!

13 nights at the POFQ. 2nd most was 11 nights at AKL. 3rd most- 10 nights at ASMu.

I have only been once and did the land and sea package, so the most amount of time at one resort was 4 nights at the Contemp (we had a comp. upgrade) we loved it. Though I will be doing 8 nights solo at the ASMu in May!!

10 Nights at the Boardwalk Villa's - Wonderful Trip! DS and I in a studio for 3 nights then friends arrived and we moved into a 1 BR. Great time had by all!!

Two trips come to mind......

10 days at the Polynesian in 1993 and
10 days at Beach Club in 1995.

Our trips are now usually around 8 days. I miss staying longer! It's so relaxing to know you have time.

We stayed two weeks one summer at CBR. What a great time. We purchased the length of stay use of the the watercraft. Mornings were park time, afternoons were pool and boating time and back to the parks for the evening. Then bugs permitting, a swim before turning in for the night. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting beside a disney pool with a pina colada on a Saturday afternoon knowing that you still have a full week of vacation left!
