Last year we stayed at CSR and loved it. DS3 loved the waterslide at the pool more than anything else at Disney. Let me know which resort you think has the best waterslide/pool setup.

Definitely Stormalong Bay, which is shared by the Yacht Club, Beach Club & Beach Club Villas. A 3yr old might be a bit young for the slide, though - but it's easily the biggest/best pool area (about 4 acres or so) in WDW.

Of the moderates, my son always liked CSR the best, too....and it happens to have the longest slide of the moderate resorts.

Y&B has the Best "Pool" Storm Along Bay can't be beat, but for a pool slide, I vote for Keister Coaster at the Boardwalk. It just has the overall presentation... Pic from Debs site Allearsnet. com

Another vote for Stormalong Bay! When you are tired of sliding you can grab an innertube and float on the lazy river! Little ones can play in the sand in the shallow area. My kids never wanted to leave!

Our family votes for Stormalong Bay, too! All 3 of us *loved* the slide! :thumbsup2

This one isn't even close. SAB is so far ahead of the other resorts there is no second place.

Another vote for Stormalong Bay at the Y&BC. The one word of caution is that you have to leave the pool area to get to the slide entrance. Your kids have to cross the boardwalk - which is pretty busy with foot traffic - to get to the stairs leading up to the slide. You cannot see your kids when they leave the pool area. We were uncomfortable letting our kids go by themselves at 7 and 6. That meant I had to go on the slide everytime they did.

My DD would definitely say its the "clown" pool at Boardwalk Inn!!! We loved it!! Can't even begin to say how many times she went down that slide!!!

We haven't stayed at YC/BC yet, so I can't say about their slide, but I'm with a previous poster - I would not be comfortable with my daughter having to leave the pool area alone. Also, not sure what time it closes, but a few times last summer we walked over to eat at Beaches & Cream and at Yatchsman Steakhouse, the pool was closed and it was still daylight outside! :confused3

My DD also liked the slide at Wilderness Lodge, and had a lot of fun at POFQ's pool too!!!

Have a great trip!!!!

Kids love length more than look. When you are on the slide it is difficult to see what you are riding anyway. Length is important.

That being said the longest slide I'm aware of is the Kiester Coaster at the Boardwalk. It is just over 200ft long.

The clown on the BW slide scares me :shudder:

That's easy--the Y&BC has them all beat.

I like SAB's pool, but not the slide. I think I prefer turns and twists on my slide.

I would say CSR or OKW. The longest pool slide is at Boardwalk. Havent' tried that one but I think the clown bothers a lot of folks.

The problem with the pool at the Broadwalk is it has such a closed-in feel to it. I actually felt clautraphobic when I stayed there.

My kids liked it but not as much as the one at Stormalong.
