We've used Tiffany the last number of times, staying at BW or S/D. We always stopped at the same Publix, I seem to remember the name Williamsburg for either the mall or perhaps a nearby town. We're used to that store and we'd like to go there in our rental car next March, I'll punch the location into my GPS in advance. I can't determine which of several Publix that show up on Google maps and other such sites. Can anyone point me to the correct destination? Does it even matter, are all the Publix laid out the same? Thanks for any info offered.

The Publix store that you're thinking of is on Central Florida Parkway, east of SeaWorld. It's easy to get to from MCO. Take the FL-528 Beachline Expressway toll road to the Orangewood Blvd. exit and head south to Central Florida Parkway.

Publix at Williamsburg Town Center
5350 Central Florida Pkwy
Orlando, FL 32821

Publix stores are not all the same.

Publix at Williamsburg Town Center is a smaller, older Publix store. The good news is that the store's compact size allows you to find things more quickly than at a Publix that's twice as big. The bad news is that the selection is somewhat more basic, with fewer specialty items.

If you want a larger store, consider the following store, which is closer to WDW.

Publix at Regency Village Shopping Center

Thanks, Horace, we've hit this store at least 6 times, we know it as well as some stores at home, they have all we want and we know where things are. Tiffany spoiled us, I have a good memory for directions but never paid attention when being driven there.

I like the Publix at Xentury City Center too.

For Bill From PA (PSUGuy), the Williamsburg Town Center store is a good choice because he's familiar with its layout, and it's easy to stop there on the way from MCO to WDW.

For people who want to go it a grocery store while staying at WDW, the Publix at Xentury City Center is a great choice. It's a big store with a great selection. It's open an hour longer than most other Publix stores in the area. And it's easy to get to by taking Osceola Parkway from WDW property, turning right at the Gaylord Palms, and turning left into the Publix parking lot after passing below the Central Florida Greeneway overpass.
