Which Publix and Walmart closest to Bonnet Creek?

Title says it all. We want to order a cake for our daughter when we arrive in December and are curious which Publix and which Walmart is closet to Bonnet Creek. We may stop on our way from MCO.

Can't speak to Publix, but I would suggest the Walmart on Turkey Lake Road. Get off of I4 at Sand Lake and turn right, turn left on Turkey Lake Road. The Super Walmart will be on the right. You can catch back up with the highway at Central Florida Parkway by continuing south on Turkey Lake Road. There is also a Walmart on 535 down closer to 192, but it may be a little more out of the way.

I tend to go to the Winn-Dixie just north of Crossroads, over by Hotel Plaza. It seems easier to get to than the Publix on that end of the World.

There is a PUBLIX just across from the Premium Outlets over on Vineland that is close.
Just go down 535, under the I 4 overpass, turn left on Vineland (there will be a Bahama Breeze restaurant on this corner) Follow Vineland around in front of the Outlets and you will see the Publix up on the left.

PUBLIX has a much better bakery than WalMart especially for cakes.

There are lot's of ways to get from Bonnet Creek to the various supermarkets in the area. I believe that the closest is Goodings at Crossroads shopping area but I'd avoid that one because I think that the selection is the weakest and the prices are the highest.

The Winn-Dixie is about 4 miles from Bonnet Creek - go toward Downtown Disney, but past it and up Hotel Plaza Blvd., turn left at the end of HPB, Winn-Dixie is less than a mile ahead on the right.

There's a WalMart on SR 535 that's about 5 miles from the resort. Go toward Downtown Disney but stay to the right and turn right onto SR 536 (you'll see signs for the airport before the turn), continue past the I-4 interchange and then past the Nickelodeon Hotel (on right) and Marriott World Center (on left) to intersection with SR 535. Turn right onto SR 535 toward Kissimmee and continue until you see the WalMart on the right.

The closest Publix is on Vineland Ave - six miles or so from the resort. Go the same way that you'd go to the WalMart above but turn left onto SR 535 and continue about a mile then turn right onto Vineland (Landry's Seafood Restaurant just before Vineland, Bahama Breeze just after). Then continue on Vineland to the Publix on the left just after you go by the Premium Outlets.

The other, newer, WalMart is on Turkey Lake Road about 9 miles from Bonnet Creek. Follow the route toward Winn Dixie but get into the right lane after turning left from Hotel Plaza Boulevard. Then turn right onto Palm Parkway and continue following that road. The road become Turkey Lake Road near where you'll see I-4 on the right. Just keep going until you see the WalMart on the left.
