Which PS dinners and events are hardest to get?

We are trying to plan a trip in a couple of months. Which PS are the most popular for dinning and events? Need your input to help plan where to eat with PS when the time comes.

The only truly hard thing to get at Disneyland is the Fantasmic Dessert Buffet. There are only like 15 seats up there and they sell out fast.

I have always been able to get a PS every where else at Disneyland with no problem!

It is true, for Fantasmic Balcony seats you must call the day they are available right at 8 am (at least we did). Also, if you want Goofy's Kitchen on a weekend at a popular breakfast time, I would call a week or so ahead for that. We called the day before and did not get the time we wanted, we had to go an hour later. I always say better safe than sorry, so I always plan ahead as much as I can.

Actually there are 21 seats. I would recommend starting to dial at 7:55 am on the morning of 30 days prior to the day you want. (example: if you want to go on 1/15 you would call on 12/15 at 7:55 am) keep dialing until you get through. Tickets are 56.00 each person, children under 3 are free. If you do not get the balcony seating, there is priority seating on the water front for the same price that are usually available if you do not get the balcony. It too has a dessert buffet.
