Which parks/which days?

Hello!!

I'm looking for some feedback for my upcoming December 1-4 trip...DD & I will be arriving at MCO at 9:25am on Thursday, Dec. 1...staying at AKL...we will be leaving on Sunday, Dec. 4 at 8:30pm.

DD will be (a few days from) 5 years old when we take our trip.

I would like to do:

Epcot
AK
MK

Haven't decided on:

MVMCP
Campfire @ FW

I did read that MK will be closing early on Dec. 1 & 2 for MVMCP...

How would you schedule your days (including downtime)?

I don't plan to purchase Park Hopper tickets.
