Which parks, which days?!

Does anyone have an idea about which parks are busiest on which days? I've always heard that Magic Kingdom is pretty busy on the weekend. What about the other parks? Are there any days that are "busier" than others? We're going right AFTER Thanksgiving for about 10 days.
