I would still do MK and Epcot for two days each. MK is at least a 2 day park for us and Epcot I would say is a good 2 days, but I don't think more.
We're doing the following - no Park Hoppers
MK - 4
Epcot - 2
AK - 1
DHS - 1 (would probably do 1.5 days if I had hoppers by hopping over when AK closes)
We do have hoppers and go for 8 days. We'll usually do all parks for at least 3 days, for 1/2 a day each time and then Epcot and MK usualy get some extra time.
in fact, on our last trip which was a very short 4 days, we did MK two of the days and DHS on three of the days, epcot once, and ak once (much hopping was done).
I am with the majority...I normally do MK or Epcot twice. I am fine with DHS once. My boyfriend and DS love MK, so if we needed a 3rd park to do twice, we would do AK.
On our last trip we did MK and Epcot twice and the other 2 parks once each. I prefer to do Epcot three times but we never got around to it. We had 7 day passes so it would have been possible!
This trip, we'll probably do MK 3, AK 2.5, HS 2.5, EP 2. We have 10 park days with hoppers plus the waterpark option, so we'll make sure we do the major parks all at least twice each.
We always have hoppers, so we definitely see every park more than once.
However, Magic Kingdom is always the park we do multiple times a day. There's always something to do for us, and we never get bored. The rest of the parks, which I still love, only have a couple things.. so it's not our main priority to stay at those parks.
We go for two weeks, Sunday to Saturday. We visit MK on both our travel days. We take the middle weekend off, mostly, but do spend the evening at MK then as well.
As for the other ten days, our typical is:
4x Epcot
2x MK
2x DHS
2x AK
...with some park hopping thrown in for good measure.
But this time, we're going to the water parks, so it'll be 2x for each theme park, 1x for each water park, then hopping from the water parks to Epcot.
We always get park hoppers (11 nights this September)--will spend the morning in one park and go to another in afternoon/evening. We visit each park multiple times. We try to avoid the parks with early Magic hours. This year we added the water parks to our package-will try to spend 1/2 in each water park.
