Which Parks and Days

I was wondering which are the best days to go to certain parks? I've heard some people say to avoid the parks that have EMH for a particular day. What is your opinion?

Oh, I also should add, that we DID do the EMH parks (3 of the 4 days) in November because we thought it would be best for us (we have early riser children) and those parks were packed by 9:15am (8am opening). The one day we did a non-EMH park, the park didn't get crowded until 10:30 or so (9am opening). So, basically, we could get 1 - 1.5 hours of a relatively empty park either way. For our next trip, we are going to stay away from the morning EMH and not have to rush to an 8am opening.

You really should use those rules as a guideline and put together the schedule that works best for your family and their sleeping, eating, waking and bed times.

That decision may depend on what time of year you decide to go and whether your family members are early birds or night owls. Many people will tell you that if you can get up early enough then take advantage of the morning EMH--wait times are really short and you can ride many popular attractions 2 or 3 times. In the past, we have avoided the parks with morning EMH since they tend to get busier during the day and it is too difficult for us to get everybody up and out the door early enough to take advantage of it. After our experience last June I will probably avoid the park with evening EMH as well. Again, many people will tell you that if you can get through the first hour of the evening EHM the crowds thin a little and you can get in some premium ride time. We tried the evening EHM at MK last June and only lasted about 20 minutes. The park was packed :crowded: and with a baby it was just to hard to stay out that late.
