Which Options Would You Choose..

It's your vacation, so you had to choose what was right for YOU, even if it isn't what the rest of us voted for. :thumbsup2

I didn't have time when i posted previously to elaborate. You've already made your choice, but I'll explain why I chose #4 anyway, in case it might help someone else.

1. We love AKL. It's our favorite resort. However, there are good savanna view rooms and not-so-good savanna view rooms. The last time we had a view of a fence and some birds.

2. I would not want to pack up my stuff and move to a different resort for only two nights. I prefer to settle in and stay put.

3. On an anniversary trip, the DDP would be far preferable to the QSDP, in my opinion. If it was going to be just DH and I, we would want to enjoy a TS dinner every night.

4. I would not want to spend my anniversary trip at a value resort if I could help it. I don't think it's worth spending the bulk of the anniversary trip at a value in exchange for two nights at AKL.

I would choose number 4 too for these very reasons.

Although my heart belongs to Animal Kingdom Lodge (and Beach Club too), I choose Option #4 because value resorts are at the bottom of my list.

Happy Anniversary to you!

#4 most bang for your buck,romance wise:thumbsup2

#3 or #4 depends on if you have kids and how old, what time of year you are going. We love CSR and hoppers are a must. DP is also a must for us (our favorite places are TS not the quick serves)! We liked POP too but in the crowded months it's a little too crowded and now that DD is older she likes the CSR better as well. I do not like AK (we saw no animals, I think you have to upgrade for that) or WL, everyone thinks I'm weird, but it was too dark and not as fun! Also a big reason is, I would hate to switch resorts mid vacation. We did SeaWorld and the beach this year so 3 hotels in 10 days (SeaWorld's hotel The Renaissance was fabulous!) but we are spoiled with the Magical Express and not used to having to carry around our luggage.

I would go with number 4 without the dining plan.

We found that we always eat far less than the ddp charges and when we are celebrating events like anniversary's we tend to eat at signatures (if on site) which require 2 credits each leaving us with oop expenses anyway.

Never been to coronado springs but heard it was nice.

I'd keep the hoppers, we love hopping especially when no kids are along. DTD for us is 20 minutes tops. it's a glorified mall.
