It should be noted that those who live on the Eastern Seaboard and West Coast are much poorer than those who live in the midwest and the south, although you may have the same income.
We have our company spread out over Northern New England and New York. Many folks in NY say they won't transfer to Maine because of a) the high taxes and b) the high real estate.
Maine has one of the highest tax rates in the country.
But, then again, it keeps the state small!
And yes, I chose the $1 million, but it was just to see what the results were so far. So back 1 off that 14. Or call it, $1 million life-to-date!
