Which November 2019 weekend?

So hubby and I are hoping for an adult only weekend Thursday night-Sunday November 2019. We want to catch F&W Festival if possible. The Saturday dates in November are 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th. Thanksgiving is the 28th. From what I understand Jersey Week is the week preceding Veteran’s Day? So if Veteran’s Day is Monday 11/11 the weekend of the 9th will be busy? Will the weekend of the 2nd be busy since that’s the start of Jersey Week? If we push it out will the 16th likely be last weekend of F&W? I suppose since thanksgiving is late that year the weekend of 23rd may work- especially since Christmas decorations will be up by then! We’re hoping to do WL if we can grab it. Any thoughts ?

The weekend of the 9th will probably be the end of Food and Wine. It will be crowded due to it being a weekend, Veteran's Day on Monday, and last weekend of F&W. We've gone that weekend the last 2 trips and it's manageable during the day. MK on the Sunday was crowded as well.

Okay thank you. Maybe we should avoid the holiday weekend. It is not the end of the world if we miss F&W. My husband doesn’t handle crowds as well as I do, and while Disney is always busy- if we can find a lesser busy weekend that would be ideal. I have read on here before that the last weekend of F&W is busy.
