Which Non-Fish Entree at Flying FIsh?

My DH would like to eat at Flying Fish next trip. I am allergic to fish — fish with fins. Strangely I can eat shellfish. In looking at the FF menu, it looks like there are 2 steaks or chicken I could have. Any of these 3 particularly good? Thnx!

I liked the Pork belly & Char Crusted New York Strip.

All three are good choices. There may also be a special the night you are there. Go for it!

Or make an entree out of the smaller plates. The lobster bisque is great and any cheese plate that includes brillat savarin is going to be good!

If shellfish are ok, I can personally vouch for the scallops. You also won't go wrong with two or three apps.

My sister and I just ate there on Wednesday night and we each got one of the steaks. They were both excellent! I had the filet and I thought the risotto that came with it was one of the best I've ever had. My sister had the NY strip and the seasoning it was coated with was delicious. If you like steak I'd say definitely get one of them!

The Char Crusted New York Strip at FF was one of the best steak dishes I have ever had.

Add another vote for the steak - we went in 2018 but my seafood loving husband tried my steak after getting the swordfish (which he said was excellent) and wished he'd gotten my steak, cause it was just that good.
