Which nighttime events to choose??

This is our family's first visit to WDW. We have 3 kids: 8, 5, and 6 months with GM as a babysitter.

I am trying to decide which of the nightly events(Illuminations, Wishes, Spectromagic and Fantasmic) to attend. Trying to get to all 4 sounds rather hectic. At the moment we plan to start our first night with Fantasmic dinner pkg since we arrive on a Monday.

Which event(s) of the 4 would you save for our next trip to WDW???
