Where is the best counter service for lunch at the Dolphin?

Well, they're not all counter service.

Picabu's is a counter service/cafeteria/convenience store. The food is very good and the portions are enormous so sharing is definitely an option in my family.

The Fountain is a diner type restaurant with an ice cream counter service area. Excellent ice cream--my dd had the cheesecake shake and it was delicious. The Fountain is great for a quick sit down meal.

Fresh is a buffet and when we were there the first week of March, they were only open for breakfast.

They're all very good and you really can't go wrong with any of the choices.
