Which hotels sleep 4 (ADA room)?

I recently made some changes to our October trip and booked CR Atrium Club for October 25 - 31.

We are arriving late on the 24th, so I didn't want to pay all that money for club level for that night so I booked the Pop Century (had to speak with special services since I was modifying my previous reservation, my call was directed there once I put in my reservation number). I asked the woman at special services if I would have to pay for two rooms since we are 4 adults and Pop's accessible rooms have king beds - and I specifically picked the CR for our week (and previously the GF) since I knew that their accessible rooms sleep 4 adults. She said yes and my new confirmation for Pop Century is for two connecting rooms paying for both of them.

Not to complain but if we didn't need the accessible room my total would be about $100 (with the extra adult charges using the current room only discount) but instead, because we have to have two rooms, it's costing $160 for the two rooms (with the current room only discount).

Do any of the moderates or AKL sleep 4 adults in an accessible room? With the current discount, AKL standard view would be less expensive than what I'm paying for Pop Century for the one night. And since it's only for one night, I'm not overly concerned about space since we're really just there to sleep and have breakfast at the food court.

It depends on what type of accessible room you need.

If you need a full roll-in shower, then I think the only option is a room with a King bed, especially at the Values or moderates.

We had an accessible room at POFQ with two doubles, but it had a tub with grab bars, and the toilet had grab bars, and the sink was a bit different than the standard sinks at POFQ.

I would suggest call special services back and ask for a supervisor, If the resort has rooms which are cable of 4 adults then they are required to have ADA rooms capable of 4 adults (there is always the possibility that all ADA rooms are booked but that does not sound like the case in your situation). The resort does have the option of supplying alternate accommodations that are equivalent for your needs (a second room in addition to the ADA room which has only a 2 person occupancy) but they may not charge extra for it.

Of course this is all predicated on the fact that your need is from a disability covered under ADA.
