Which hotel is the best decorated for Christmas?

Hello Everyone!

In your opinion, which hotel is the best decorated during Christmas time? Do you have pictures to share? Thanks.

My favorite is the Fla. They have a giant gingerbread house that they sell regular siezed gingerbread houses out of. The whole hotel is just decorated beautifully. I wish I had a pic, but I never thought to take one since I was working there, not on vacation. I just kind of got used to it.

My vote is for the GF. Although my favorite resort is the Contemporary, the GF does an amazing job decorating for Christmas. It's an amazing feeling just being in the lobby.

Def the GF! We have gone the past 2 years for NYE and we are getting married that weeks at the GF-Jan 3 b/c we love disney that time of year. The GF lobby is decorated beautifully with a huge gingerbread house(that has hidden mickeys on it), a gorgeous tree and decorations. You can also purchase gingerbread cookies and candy at a stand behind the gingerbread house. I have pics on my home computer and get post them later on.

When do the resorts put up their decorations? I'll be there for my planning session in November (17 -24) and will be going to the Christmas party

Does anyone have pics of POFQ? I think we'll be staying here as I've always wanted to go to New Orleans and to keep costs down before the wedding.

Hi there!! We were there two years ago and I'd have to say i agree with everyone on the GF. But i guess it depends on what you want to spend. We staied at Pop Century and it was very pretty but that is for a Value Resort. Also we went and visted Poly and it was very nice they had diff ginger bread houses everyday. And The Boardwalk was very pretty too!! lol Guess it depends on your price

I know I'm biased, but the BW is my favorite at Christmastime (even though the Gingerbread house at the Grand is cool). I have a few pics (mainly of the lobby), I'm sure they're not the best, but let me see what I can find...

I would LOVE to stay in one of the deluxe hotels but with the wedding a few months after I really have to watch my budget

Wow, the GF gingerbread house is awesome. I surprisingly have never seen that before even tho' I've been to Disney at X-mas time at least a couple times. So I like the Boardwalk the best.

I know there was a thing on Comcast's ON DEMAND about the Disney decorations that said when they put them up. Next time I'm free I'll check. I feel like they start doing X-mas stuff, at least in the World Showcase on or right around Nov. 24th.

I stopped at POFQ this past X-mas time and although we didn't go inside I remember looking in from the outside and seeing a little white picket fence w/a pretty big X-mas tree inside that area. They had some pretty nice jazz music playing too.
