Which dates would be the best to go for lower crowds, nice weather, etc.?

April 20-April 26
April 27-May 3
May 4-May 10
May 11-May 17

Schools in New England including MA,CT,RI,NH and Some in New York and New Jersey have vacation the week of April 20-27, 2008 so it may be busier that week than the other weeks you are considering. The weather is perfect at the end of April IMHO. I'm sure it gets hotter and more humid as you get later into May.

We have gone in mid/ late may 2 years running, and the crows are managable, with the strategic use of fastpasses and a little planning. It has been pretty hot both times though.

I would choose the later May dates. This year a lot of schools are on breaks right throug the end of April. We used to go in May every year and loved that time of year. Yes, crowds are manageable and weather is nice.

We'll be there May 4-9...

I figure its after the school breaks are over and before schools get out for the summer so it might be a good time to go.

We're going 4/30 - 5/6.

We're going 5/5-5/9 - also hoping it's a good time since it's post-spring vacation and pre-summer vacation! It's my mom's first time since 1986 and I want her to have a good time!

We are going April 28th-May 2nd. Hoping also that it is after spring break and before Summer break.

We went the last week of April this year, because we heard that was a good time to avoid the heavy crowds, but we found it to still be packed at all the disney parks. The only relief we had was at UO and SW. We won't be going back to WDW in April again, that is assured.

We have gone the last 3 years, the 1st week in May. It is hot and humid in the afternoons,especially,but the crowds were very manageable with fast passes and planning. We ran into a lot of large high school and jr.high groups, but they only affected the rides, shows, or cs they were at. We just headed a different direction.They also did not seem to use fast passes.Also, watch out for Grad days ( I think that is what they called it)as they closed MK early during our stays. This year we also went in Jan. and August. Jan. was very comparable crowd wise other than the school groups. and August was very hot and very crowded, but we still had a great time.
