Which day to visit IOA in September?

We are going to Disney 9/15-9/22 but are taking a day out to go to IOA. Which days would be good options and which days would you avoid? Saturday is the only day that is not an option. Any other day of the week is game.

Added another post asking if the suggested days held true for Studios as well as we are now planning on spending 2 days on the dark side.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday, in no particular order. Avoid Friday, Saturday, and Monday.
