Which day for Epcot and Hollywood Studios?

The last two days that I will be at the parks, I will be doing Hollywood Studios and Epcot. I am, however, unsure which day to do Epcot and which day to do Hollywood Studios. Epcot does have Evening EMH on Tuesday, and I know that is also a party night at Magic Kingdom, so I am not sure how that will affect Epcot during the Food & Wine Festival. I should also mention I have a fairly early flight Wednesday morning. Which day would you do which of the two remaining parks, and why?

9/22 - Arrival
9/23 - Magic Kingdom
9/24(First Half) - Animal Kingdom
9/24(Second Half) - MNSSHP
9/25 - ???
9/26 - ???
9/27 - Departure

I really enjoy evening emh at Epcot. The lines shorten, in some cases to nothing. Since Epcot is the one park that usually doesn't lengthen its hours, it is the one time you get to spend those late hours there.

I would do Epoct when they have the EMH that way you can make the most of that park. Its been awhile since I've been there but it seems like you could finish Hollywood studios early then manage to get some sleep before your flight the next day.

I won't be staying on site, but I included that in order to be thorough with the information. I have an 8am flight so even if I was staying on site, I wouldn't be able to use the extra hours. I did check TouringPlans and they have the wait times in both parks to be roughly equivalent for both days. I am thinking that with party nights early in the week, it is more likely people will funnel into Epcot for the events there, though I don't know for sure since this will be my first visit to the main parks. Correct me if I am wrong.

If you are not staying on site avoid the park with EMH as it will be more crowded. That's a general good rule of thumb.
