Which dates are better to minimize CL damage?

We are deciding between two sets of dates 6/16 to 6/20 or 6/20 to 6/24 and we want to avoid CL crowds as much as possible. I figured that there are more summer vacationers in the 2nd window but the 1st window is closer to the CL grand opening. I know it's going to be crowded both ways, does anyone have thoughts on which one might do *slightly* better?

Cars Land and Buena Vista Street are the best things to ever happen to DCA and I take exception to anyone referring to them as "damage".

With that said, to me it is a no-brainer to choose the dates of June 20-24 because of the issue of SoCal AP blockouts.

Thanks! I agree it was a poor choice of words, I should edit that to say "CL Impact"
